Broomstick Wizard Ghost perler bead chart

Medium • 33x27 • 548 beads • 9 colors

Broomstick Wizard Ghost

A ghost in a star-studded blue wizard hat holding a straw broom, with a small candy-orange pumpkin tucked at its side. Nine colors over 548 beads make it the most detailed of the ghost charts, including gold hat stars and a wood-brown broom handle. Best built after one of the four-color ghosts, once you are comfortable reading a busy color key.

Witch Ghost with Pumpkin Bucket perler bead chart

Medium • 29x36 • 661 beads • 14 colors

Witch Ghost with Pumpkin Bucket

A ghost in a blue witch hat sitting beside a jack-o-lantern bucket that is spilling wrapped candy. Fourteen colors across 661 beads make this the richest chart in the Halloween set, with pinks, blues and golds that all appear only a handful of times. Save it for last, sort every color into its own cup first, and work the bucket before the ghost.

What's in this Halloween set

Five are ghosts: a shy one hiding behind its own sheet, one in a blue wizard hat with a broom, one with spread blue bat wings, a pair climbing out of a jack-o-lantern, and one hugging a candy bucket. Three are pumpkins — a vined jack-o-lantern, a pumpkin under a witch hat, and the pumpkin-and-ghost scene. The rest are two Halloween cats (a witch-hat black cat and a caped kitten), a kawaii bat, and a chibi Dracula. Grids run 21–42 pegs with 4–14 colors.

Which one to start if you only have one evening

Judge by bead count, not grid size. Witch Hat Pumpkin needs only 237 beads in 4 colors, the shortest build in the set and the right first pattern to hand a child or batch out as party favours. 4 of them fit a single pegboard; the rest need boards joined before you start rather than discovering the overhang halfway through. Witch Ghost with Pumpkin Bucket carries 14 colors and is the longest build here, so save it for last.

Free printable PDFs with bead counts and color keys

Each pattern links to a full detail page listing grid size, bead count, color count, and the printing workflow — the PDF downloads directly, with no signup. Orange is where Halloween charts go wrong: a pumpkin usually carries three shades of it, and swapping two flattens the carving, so read the color key before placing a bead. If you do not own the exact shades, open the chart in the editor, substitute the beads you already have, and export a clean printable PDF from there.

What to make with them

The small charts work best in multiples — fuse three or four bats and witch-hat pumpkins, string them, and you have a Halloween garland; the black cat and Dracula are the right size for keychains and fridge magnets. The big charts are centrepieces: Witch Cape Kitty is the largest here at 30×42 pegs and holds a frame or an entryway shelf on its own. For a sign on the trick-or-treat bowl, use Dracula — it has the highest contrast in the set and stays readable from across a porch.

Halloween is one seasonal slice of the library, but the build and print workflow is the same everywhere on the site. The cute patterns collection is the place to go for softer designs, the cat patterns page for kitties year-round — and if you want a Halloween design that does not exist yet, the editor opens on a blank canvas.
